Questions we hear often.
Do I need to change my WhatsApp number?
No. We connect to your existing WhatsApp Business number through the official Meta Cloud API. Your customers keep messaging the same number they already know. Nothing changes for them — everything improves behind the scenes.
What happens if the AI gives wrong medical advice?
It won't — this is a core safety rule built into the system. The AI never gives dosage, drug interaction, or prescription advice. Any medical question is immediately escalated to you with a WhatsApp alert. The system handles ordering; pharmacists handle medicine.
How does MoMo payment verification work?
Customers pay to your existing MTN MoMo number and send back the transaction ID via WhatsApp. Your pharmacist verifies it with one WhatsApp command — no scrolling through notifications, no manual checking. Full automatic MoMo API verification is available on the Professional plan.
Can customers send prescription photos or voice notes?
Yes. The system handles images (prescription photos, medicine box pictures, skin condition photos) and voice notes. Each is classified automatically — urgent prescriptions are flagged to you immediately, routine refills are processed, and unclear items are queued for pharmacist review with the original image attached.
Who owns the customer and order data?
You do, fully. Every order lands in a Google Sheet in your own Google account — same as if you'd built it yourself. If you ever leave us, you keep 100% of the data. No lock-in, no export fees, no ransom.
How long does setup take?
Typically one week. Day 1: inventory setup and receipt branding. Days 2–3: your team trains on the confirm command. Day 4: soft launch with a few staff. Day 5: go live with all customers. We stay on WhatsApp throughout for anything that comes up.
